Once you are ready to view a property start by filling out a rental application. We require you to complete a rental application prior to being able to view any properties. If you are unsure what property just pick "not Sure" on application. An application is good for up to 6 months to view most any property during that time frame. 

FAQ

Do applications have to be filled out before viewing a property?

Yes, you must fill out an application prior to being able to view a property. We do this for several reasons including but not limited to safety, documentation, cost of travel and showing, and so we know that you are at least prepared to commit to a property if it fits your needs. 

Do I have to fill out a different application for each property I am interested in?

No, when you fill out an application it is good for up to six months and it is valid to see any of our rental listings during that time frame. 

Do you process my application before I view the property?

Yes, we do process your application and application fee prior to scheduling any showings. However, we do not run any credit reports or background checks until after you have committed to a certain property and are ready to move forward with the approval process. 

Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is an application fee. It is currently $50.00.

How long is the application process?

To submit an application is fairly straightforward and quick. It can be completed as quickly as you are willing to do it. Once you hit submit and pay your application fee it is sent to our processing department. From there they will reach out to schedule any showing request you have. 

How do I sign a lease after I have been approved for a property?

Once you have committed to a certain property, provided all supporting documents that may be needed, and your application has been reviewed, we will reach out to you to inform you that you have been approved. At this time, we will send you an electronic lease to review and sign. Once it is sent you have 24 hours to complete and submit back to us. If you fail to complete it we do reserve the right to move to the next applicant in line. 

How and when do I pay the security deposit?

You must pay the security deposit within 24 hours of being approved and receiving the lease agreement. This can be paid by bringing a payment to one of our offices or online. If you fail to send the security deposit within 24 hours we reserve the right to move to the next applicant in line. 

How do I know a home is still available?

Generally, if the property is still showing up online in our available listing searches it is still available. Once we have a signed lease, security deposit, and all information needed from an applicant we will officially remove the listing from our sight.
