For any of our current property owner clients this is the portal link for you. When you login you will have access to financials, rent rolls, invoices, and most anything needed to monitor your investments with us.

What is the property owner center?

The property owner center allows our management clients to access financial reports, invoices, rent rolls, make owner contributions if needed, view all details on their investments, and more. This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any questions about what all the property management center can do for you contact us for more information. 

What if I lost or don't have a login for the property management center?

No problem. You can request a password reset. It will be sent to the email you gave us when completing the management agreement. If for some reason you don't remember or have trouble reach out to our office as we will be glad to help get you set back up. 

I am selling or buying a property. How do I add or remove from management?

Whenever you purchase a new property simply reach out to us and we can easily add your new investment to your account. Then we do all the work to set up, notify, and manage the new property moving ahead. If you are in the process of selling let us know and we can guide you through the process and close the property out for you as needed. 

How do I know how much is being deposited into my account each month?

You should receive two emails from us each month. One notifies you that an eft is being deposited to your account and how much the amount is for. The other email is the income/expense statement detailing the amount that is being deposited. If you are not receiving either of these emails, please let us know so we can make sure all your contact information is accurate. 

How do I get a copy of an invoice for an expense?

The easiest way is to log into your property owner center. There you should see all income and expenses and also be able to view any invoices for work completed. If you have problems finding or can't seem to access any invoices you are looking for simply reach out to us and we can help you or print out hard copies for you.
